Real Madrid coach Carlo Ancelotti admits they've had a disappointing preseason tour of the US.

Real Madrid signed off yesterday with defeat to Juventus.

Ancelotti said, "It was a good preseason. The team has shown two facets. We have to improve on the defensive side. The team is not used to defending with a rhombus. Especially in the last two games. Lowering the block can be a solution. I keep the good. The opportunities we have had, fragility is bad.

"In preseason this can happen, that we are not right. Because the team is tired and we have traveled a lot. The freshness that a striker has to have at the end we do not have at the moment.
