Real Madrid captain Sergio Ramos insists the players are behind coach Zinedine Zidane after their Copa del Rey shock by Leganes.
Real were bundled out of the Copa last night after defeat at home in the second-leg.
"I do not speak of shame because it would be a lack of respect for Leganés, but it is a failure," confessed Ramos.
"It's a shocking day for everyone, not only for Zidane, we're shocked for ourselves and the fans, I understand that the fans are disappointed with the team and the players, we've had wonderful times with Zidane and now we have to be with him in bad times."
Asked if Zidane should continue, the defender added: "I do not make those kind of decisions, it's never nice to change coaches, because I've experienced it, we support Zidane when we've won everything and now that we're in bad times, we stand up for him."
