Real Betis veteran Joaquin is delighted to have reached the Copa del Rey final.

Last night's 1-1 draw with Rayo Vallecano saw Betis with the semifinal 2-1 on aggregate and reach the final.

Joaquin said: "What a beautiful night. The Betis deserved it after so many years, but we are changing many things and how nice it is to be from Betis.

"This doesn't happen overnight. This is the work of a lot of people. The locker room is amazing, but from the players to the laundry to the kitchen. We knew beautiful things were coming soon.

"One dream from so many things being a Betis player that when these moments come you enjoy them with more passion. Living these things as a Betis player is different.

"The fans instilled in me that there is nothing more beautiful than making others happy. I think we have achieved it."
