Former Chelsea forward Timo Werner is heading to London in the coming days.
The attacker, who is out of favor at RB Leipzig in the German Bundesliga, wants to leave for regular game time.
Per The Sun and other sources, Werner is close to signing for Tottenham on loan.
Ex-Bayern striker Mario Gomez, who is the sporting director at RB Leipzig, said: “It's a win-win for everyone.
“Germany benefits from it. We benefit from this because we get a player going.
“He will play regularly, that's what Tottenham have conveyed to us."
