RB Leipzig captain Willi Orban had no doubt that one of his former teammates would be a Premier League sensation.

Orban is not surprised to see former Leipzig star Dominik Szoboszlai become an instant Liverpool hero.

The Hungarian midfielder has been immense in the Reds first few Premier League games of the season.

"Football is like that, meaning that if an opportunity comes, you have to take it. It's a big deal that he signed for a big club like Liverpool," Orban said to Nemzeti Sport.

"Even though he changed teams and countries, he fit in and was accepted in no time.

“Let's just say it didn't surprise me. I know what a great guy he is."
