Ratcliffe rejects Liverpool; fully focused on Man Utd takeover

Britain's richest man Sir Jim Ratcliffe ls interested in buying Manchester United.

Ratcliffe, who has an ownership interest in French side Nice, is not seeking to buy Liverpool.

Both Premier League giants are available for sale, with owners of United the Glazers and Liverpool's FSG hoping to cash in on their respective club's high valuation.

Per The Mirror, United's owners want around £8 billion to sell one of the most well known teams in sport.

Foot Mercato adds that Ratcliffe is very much eager to buy United, given he supports the team and believes in their financial future.

However, he had previously stated he was not interested in buying a Premier League side due to the lack of financial upside.
