Roma coach Claudio Ranieri admits they're missing Francesco Totti after their shock defeat to Livorno.
Francesco Tavano scored against his former club and even with Alfonso De Lucia's foolish dismissal for time wasting, the Giallorossi were unable to get back into it.
"Perhaps we used up too much energy on Thursday against Fulham in the Europa League, or maybe we unconsciously considered Livorno to be weak," said Ranieri.
"I have been here for six weeks, I need to give my best and the team is doing good things. It's not easy when we are missing a hitman like Totti.
"The absence of our captain is not an excuse, but with Francesco today maybe ever ball could've been put in the back of the net."
