Arsenal's Aaron Ramsey has spoken out about Danny Welbeck's knee injury that will keep the striker out of Euro2016.
The England hitman's presence at the UEFA tournament in France this summer will be non-existent after he underwent surgery on Wednesday, prompting teammate Ramsey to wish him all the best in his recovery.
"I have spoken to him and obviously he is very disappointed and gutted," the Wales international told Sky Sports News HQ.
"He was in good shape, good form and he had a great opportunity to show what he could do for England in the summer.
"I'm gutted for him as well but I am sure he will back from it stronger and I hope he has a speedy recovery."
