Italian super agent Mino Raiola has sounded out Juventus about taking Mario Balotelli off Liverpool hands.

Raiola, reports Tuttosport, is confident he can convince Liverpool to cover Balotelli's wages should Juve agree to take on-loan the Italy international.

Encouraging for Raiola is that Juve coach Max Allegri is a fan of Balotelli, having worked with him - successfully - at AC Milan.

Ideally, Liverpool would insist on a permanent option being included in the deal for June - worth around &euro-15-18 million.

For the moment, the offer is on the table and Juve are now weighing up the pros and cons.
