Rafael Leao was proud to captain AC Milan in victory over Hellas Verona.

The striker wore the armband in the absence of Davide Calabria and Theo Hernandez. The pair missed the win due to injury.

Leao scored the only goal of the game for the 1-0 win and he later took to social media to admit his pride over the moment.

“A special day for me, having represented this club as the captain. A great game from everyone, we continue together," wrote Leao.
