QPR midfielder Adel Taarabt is agonising over whether to commit to Morocco's African Nations Cup campaign.
The West London club are eight points adrift of safety, having failed to win any of their 16 Premier League games so far this campaign. Despite being desperate to play for the Atlas Lions, Taarabt admits he could be forced to stay at home.
He said: "It's a difficult decision because the manager asked if I could stay.
"I would love to but it's my country so if I say 'No', everybody at home will think I don't want to play - so I think I will go.
"I go to Morocco every summer. If they don't do well, the fans will have a go at me and I don't want that."
