QPR striker Heidar Helguson feels the team needs to start better after conceding early goals in their past two matches.
The R's recovered after going down 1-0 at Stoke City in the eighth minute to win 3-2 on November 19 before losing 2-1 at Norwich City following Russell Martin's 14th minute opener.
Helguson acknowledges that the West London club require better starts if they want to continue recording the points that will see them remain around mid-table.
"It seemed in both games that it was only after we went a goal down that we started to play," he told the club's official website.
"I don't know why that is, but sometimes it can happen like that. We have to address it and make sure it doesn't happen too often."
