QPR boss Harry Redknapp has scoffed at Jose Mourinho's work in the transfer market for Chelsea.
Redknapp insisted far from being special, Joe Public could go out and acquire Chelsea's talented squad.
"You didn't have to be a clever man to buy the centre forward, did you?' Redknapp explained.
"Anyone that's got a television and has watched Spanish football on Sunday nights knew they were signing the best centre forward in Europe in Diego Costa.
"He wasn't a gamble. He was the biggest certainty you've ever seen.
"He's got absolutely everything to be a great centre forward in England. You don't have to be a genius. You just have to have the 30 odd million he cost."
