Paris Saint-Germain star Kylian Mbappe has refused to open talks with Al-Hilal over a summer move.
The French forward is not signing a new contract with the Parisian club, while he only has a year left on his deal.
Mbappe, however, will not go to Saudi Arabia after Al-Hilal put in a huge bid for his services.
L'Equipe states that even though a Saudi delegation ended up in Paris to talk to Mbappe, he has refused their offer.
The 24-year-old can leave PSG, but likely only wants to move to Real Madrid, the club he admired as a child.
"My position is very clear," stated PSG president Nasser Al-Khelaifi recently.
"I don't want to repeat it every time: if Kylian wants to stay, we want him to stay. But he needs to sign a new contract.
“We don't want to lose the best player in the world for free, we can't do that.
“This is a French club. He said he would never leave for free. If he changes his mind today, it's not my fault. We don't want to lose the best player in the world for free, that's very clear."
