PSG have slashed their asking price for Adrien Rabiot.
The Sunday Express says the France Under-21 international has been constantly linked with a move to either Arsenal or Chelsea this summer after helping PSG to the Ligue 1 title last season.
The Premier League pair are yet to table an offer for the central midfielder due to PSG's initial asking price of £24m.
However, reports in France claim that the French giants have dropped their asking price to £9.5m because of the 19-year-old's desire to leave the club.
