PSG's owners are refusing to consider the sale of Kylian Mbappe this summer.
The France international striker is a target for Real Madrid president Florentino Perez, who would be prepared to spend record money to bring Mbappe to Spain for next season.
However, PSG's Qatari owners insist Mbappe will not be sold - at any price.
"Whether it sells, whether it rains or snows, Mbappé will stay, it is the will of the Emir (of Qatar)," a source told Le 10 Sport.
Mbappe's current deal runs to 2022 and PSG are prepared to open talks about a new contract which would bring him to par with the club's highest paid, Neymar.
