Le Parisien says City have turned down the opportunity to bring Neymar to the Premier League

PSG made contact with City to offer Neymar to them as they are willing to sell the Brazilian this summer.

However, it's believed that Pep Guardiola quickly rejected that and has no interest in bringing the forward to City.
