French giants Paris Saint-Germain are ready to swoop for Chelsea's Eden Hazard.
The Parisians are determined to lure the 23-year old Belgian ace to Parc des Princes in the next transfer window following his stellar season for the Blues which included 17 goals in all competitions and the PFA Young Player of the Year award.
There have been reports of unrest between Hazard and Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho in recent times which has alerted PSG who are hoping they can bring him back to Ligue 1 where he first rose to prominence with Lille.
The Mirror believes that PSG are poised to make a £50million bid for Hazard in order to test the resolve of the west Londoners.
