Real Madrid have made a new approach to Rennes midfielder Edouardo Camavinga.
The teenage whiz is a favourite of Real Madrid coach Zinedine Zidane, who had planned to bring him to Spain this summer. However, the trail went cold with Camavinga intimating he planned to stay with Rennes for the new season.
But with PSG making a move for the youngster, Real are back in contact.
AS says Real's head of scouting, Juni Calafat, has made contact with Camavinga's agent, Moussa Sissoko, to hold a new round of talks. The feedback offered was encouraging, though with a warning.
Calafat was told: "We are still interested, but other top-level teams have also knocked on the door..."
