Porto medical chief Nelson Puga says it's too soon for Iker Casillas to consider a playing return after suffering a heart attack yesterday.
Puga, however, insists the Real Madrid legend is now in good shape after the scare.
"It will depend on the necessary medication, on the evaluation that will have to be done not only in situations of rest but also of stress such as physical exercise and also his will to continue," he said when asked if Casillas will play again.
"Only after weighing all these factors, very calmly - and with a lot of dialogue - he will decide if he will continue, if he wants to continue or if it is not the case, he will be perfectly recovered and restored, that we are practically certain."
