Plymouth Argyle sporting director Neil Dewsnip has confirmed a Lazio approach for Morgan Whittaker.

The young striker is a target for Lazio this week.

And Dewsnip confirmed to Plymouth Live: "Last night we received an official offer from Lazio for Morgan.

"We spoke about it internally and with the player's agent: the offer was promptly rejected. Morgan is very happy at Argyle and we maintain our position, which is that he is not for sale."

Whittaker has scored fifteen goals in twenty-eight games (six assists) this season.
