Everton shot stopper Jordan Pickford is determined to stay at his beloved club this summer.

The England goalkeeper does not want to leave the Toffees, despite two straight relegation battles.

While he has been linked to Manchester United and Tottenham this summer, Pickford does not appear to fancy a move to a top side.

Asked about his future, Pickford stated: “Definitely [I'll be here next season].

“I've just signed a new contract and I'm happy and my family is happy so now we just want to move forward as a club."

Pickford was one of the first team players critical of Everton after avoiding the drop last season.

He indicated the team had to improve to ensure they were not in this position in a year's time.
