Peter Federico Gonzalez is excited to have joined Valencia.

The Real Madrid winger has joined Los Che on-loan with an option to buy.

How's the locker room? "My first days have been very good. It's a young team, it's a big family. They talk about work and day-to-day life, which is what's important collectively."

How you have experienced this process? "I was focused in my work on what depends on me. I cannot focus on what does not depend on me. I have focused on work and on the day to day."

Which footballer has surprised you the most? "They are all very good and have a lot of quality. Everyone has surprised me, from the goalkeeper to the striker."

In what position do you feel most comfortable? "I feel comfortable on the right, but also on the left or as a winger, wherever they play me."

Are you coming for six months or much longer? "I'm coming for six months and I hope to come for much more."

Had you spoken with Baraja before? "My first contact with Baraja was now. I have worked on my day to day life."

Did you have other offers, why did you wait for Valencia? "I decided to wait for Valencia. Sooner or later I had to be here, I thank Valencia."

His first game at Mestalla: "I had been imagining it for several days. Mestalla is a spectacular stadium. And I hope to be able to celebrate in this stadium in a not too long time."
