Palermo president Maurizio Zamparini has revealed transfer talks with Tottenham over Franco Vazquez.

The attacking midfielder has been put up for sale by the outspoken Zamparini this summer.

The Rosanero president revealed: "I have at the moment contact with Tottenham and I've demanded a price of 25 million euros for him.

"At the moment it is easier for him to go to England than to another championship, but the bids that have been made are not even close to the 25 million euros I want.

"Wherever he plays, he will, anyway, be very good."
