Kendry Paez has been in London this past week visiting Chelsea.
The Independiente del Valle striker will join Chelsea in 2025 when he turns 18.
Senegalese midfielder Pape Daouda Diong has also been at Cobham as he prepares to join Chelsea in the summer from AF Darou Salam.
Diong will be 18 in midyear.
The pair were seen at Stamford Bridge on Sunday and had photos taken together.
