Oscar to be in full swing at Chelsea by late September

Oscar is confident that he will be a regular member of Chelsea's first team by this time next month.

The 20-year old Brazilian midfielder, who joined from Internacional earlier this summer, made his Blues bow as a substitute in Sunday's 2-0 win at Wigan Athletic but he vows to be in the starting line-up in a month's time as he continues to adapt to life in the Premier League.

"I'm confident I will adapt soon which will help me to play well and earn my place in the team," he told Radio Estadao ESPN.

"It was like that at Internacional and it will be the same at Chelsea. It won't take long, in a month I will have adapted and I will be in the first team.

"I'm in good form, I'm doing well which can be seen in training. It was a good performance against Wigan even though I only came on in the second half and played the last 30 minutes.

"Of course there is strong competition for places, but I have confidence in my football ability."
