Olympique Marseille president Pablo Longoria has ruled out a move for Manchester United striker Cristiano Ronaldo.
Ronaldo is expected to leave United in January after falling out with manager Erik ten Hag.
Longoria said: "Football is very clear. You make do with the funds you have at your disposal, with a financial balance. You have to do everything to get better results, try to improve the team, but with financial stability. It is important in 2022. We need a sustainable financial situation.
"We are far from such ideas (about signing Ronaldo), about big stars, individual players. We are more focused on team players who make individual achievements that serve the team. We have a project where everyone needs to work for a collective."
