Östersund FK expect Swansea to sign Modou Barrow permanently

Östersund FK admit they're close to agreeing with Swansea City about a permanent deal for Modou Barrow.

The young striker is currently on-loan with the Premier League club and impressing for their U21 team.

"We'll see if Swansea exercise the option. I do not know exactly how the discussion goes, but I know that our sports director talks to Swansea and I understand that the club wants to keep Modou Barrow," ÖFK manager Graham Potter told fotbollskanalen.se.

"Yes (a sale is close), I think so. It's probably just a few small things left before the clubs agree."
