Nottingham Forest are still trying to sign Scott McKenna from Aberdeen.
Sky Sports indicates that despite McKenna flying out with his teammates for a Europa League qualifier on Thursday, the Championship side are trying to get a transfer done.
They have already made two offers, but both were rebuked by the Scottish club.
McKenna also submitted a transfer request, but it has not changed the situation.
Aberdeen have placed a £7 million value on McKenna and will not sell him for anything less.
"Nothing has changed with Scott and unless someone tells me differently, Scott is playing [against Rijeka on Thursday]," Aberdeen boss Derek McInnes said to reporters about the situation.
"There's a degree of anger against clubs who are showing no consideration whatsoever about Aberdeen."
