Former St Etienne coach Oscar Garcia is in the frame for the job at Nottingham Forest.

Forest are seeking a new manager after the dismissal of Mark Warburton.

France Football says Garcia has received an offer from Forest owner Evangelos Marinakis about a return to England.

However, they face competition from Greece where Olympiakos are also in contact. Indeed, it's suggested the Athens giants are favourites to land the Spaniard.

Garcia has previous management experience in England with Brighton.
