Aston Villa defender Mitch Clark is attracting Premier League interest.

The Mirror says Newcastle have been scouting Aston Villa defender Clark, who is currently on loan at Port Vale.

The 19-year-old is also reportedly being watched by West Ham and can play at right-back or left-back.

The Wales under-19 international is on a season-long loan deal with the Valiants but it is unclear whether Villa have a recall clause in January.
