Newcastle United striker Salomon Rondon knows manager Rafa Benitez faces a battle to sign him permanently.
Even if West Brom are willing to do business, Newcastle owner Mike Ashley will take some convincing to cough up his fee.
It's pretty clear that Rondon wants to make the move permanent, having praised the club, its supporters and the manager he is playing for. And he recognises the need to keep scoring to make his case.
“To do that (stay permanently) I have to score goals. I've started scoring, and I have to keep working. I have to keep doing that to stay," he said.
