Zenit St Petersburg midfielder Vilmar Barrios remains a target for Premier League clubs.

Barrios was interesting English teams earlier this year and is back on their radar for the January market.

Colombian media sources say the midfielder is wanted by Besiktas, AC Milan and English pair Newcastle United and Tottenham.

For his part, 27-year-old Barrios is keen on moving to a stronger league.

Barrios has played 22 matches in all competitions this season and provided an assist.
