Newcastle United legend Steve Howey believes Allan Saint-Maximin may want to move this summer.
The Frenchman has been one of the key creative influences in the Magpies team under Steve Bruce in the past two seasons.
However, he made only 26 appearances this term, largely due to injury issues and him contracting COVID-19.
But interest from bigger teams in Europe could tempt him to sever ties with the Premier League club.
Former Magpies defender Howey told Transfer Tavern: "You see little clips of him and he's very good. Will he be tempted to move? Probably.
"I haven't read into his interviews about what he's been saying, but if he is thinking, just wait. Wait until the fans come back because if you produce some of the stuff that you are, you will not leave because they will absolutely adore you.
"I think there's nothing better than being at a club where the supporters absolutely love you."
