Newcastle and Real Betis have opened talks for Nabil Fekir.

After making enquiries for Fekir over the summer, Newcastle are now back in negotiations with Betis for the France international.

TMW says Betis are willing to sell at a starting price of €45m.

However, Newcastle rate Fekir closer to €35m due to him being 30 years of age.

Talks will continue during the World Cup break.
