Newcastle United are continuing to push to sign Tino Livramento from Southampton.
The 20-year-old is a key target for the Magpies, who view him as the ideal attacking option for that position in manager Eddie Howe's system.
Per The Sun, the Saints are willing to sell Livramento, but only on their terms.
Newcastle do have Financial Fair Play concerns, which makes the deal a little complicated.
However, the two parties are in talks, with Newcastle working on a way to give the Saints what they want without incurring FFP issues.
Livramento is eager to make the move, as he does not want to play in the Championship next term.
