Huddersfield Town midfielder Lewis O'Brien is a target for Premier League clubs.

Yorkshire Live reports O'Brien could face a summer of uncertainty as the transfer window unfolds.

O'Brien is thought to be of interest to Newcastle United, with Norwich City, Burnley and Sheffield United all said to be scouting the Huddersfield Town midfielder over the past year or so.

Town chairman Phil Hodgkinson has indicated that anyone who leaves would need replacing and the club will want to avoid any risk of repeat of the Rolando Aarons saga last October.

The winger's transfer (from Newcastle) fell through at the last moment with Karlan Grant already departed for West Brom, leaving Carlos Corberan short on wingers until Aarons was finally able to arrive in January.
