Newcastle United boss Eddie Howe is facing a limited summer transfer budget.
The Telegraph says Howe will be forced to accept a smaller transfer budget for this summer's transfer window with the club ruling out any "expensive superstar signings".
The Magpies spent around £90m in the January transfer window as they signed Dan Burn, Kieran Trippier, Chris Wood and Bruno Guimarães as well as Matt Targett on-loan.
Newcastle had been linked with a shock summer move for PSG striker Neymar with speculation surrounding the Brazilian's future in France.
But it's reported Howe will have a budget of around £60m of which nearly half of that will be needed if the Magpies want to sign centre back Sven Botman from Lille.
