Udinese coach Lele Cioffi admits Lazar Samardzic is set to leave.

Cioffi discussed the Serbia midfielder after defeat at home to AC Milan. Samardzic is expected to soon sign for Napoli.

He said, "We are talking about a young boy, the champion is often conflicted in managing offensive and defensive situations, he is a pure talent.

"I took him off but his attitude when he was out gave me confidence.

"I think he's ready to make the leap, if he doesn't go I'm even happier because he's an added value for us."
