Napoli and Juventus are both ready to take Mauro Icardi off Inter Milan's hands.
Inter would prefer to sell to Napoli ahead of Juve, though the player favours the Bianconeri.
TMW says Napoli are willing to pay €60m for Icardi, with a five-year deal worth €8m-a-season also drawn up.
However, for some months, Icardi has had an agreement with Juve, though they're reluctant to match Napoli's offer.
Juve have attempted to set up a swap involving Juan Cuadrado or Mario Mandzukic, but both options rejected by Inter.
