Napoli are in talks with Everton for Davy Klaassen.

The Serie A side are interested in taking the Blues' midfielder on loan for the rest of the season.

Klaassen moved to Everton in a £23.6million deal last summer but has been frozen out at Goodison after struggling to adapt to life in the Premier League.

The 24-year-old has not only made 13 appearances and has not featured since December's Europa League dead rubber with Apollon Limassol.

Napoli president Aurelio de Laurentiis has confirmed this morning their interest in Klaassen.
