Napoli coach Maurizio Sarri was full of praise for Jorginho after victory over Palermo.
Gonzalo Higuain converted the decisive penalty, his 27th goal of the Serie A season.
On Jorginho, Sarri stated: “He has improved so much in terms of character. Tonight he had 167 touches. I've seen pages and pages of praise written for players who had 70 less per game.
“I was glad to keep a clean sheet tonight, as we had always made some mistakes in the last few games and eradicated them. This evening we reached 64 points in the table, one more than Napoli had at the end of last season.
"Are we feeling too much pressure? If anything my players are too relaxed. I told them in training this week they were laughing and joking while exchanging passes, but do they realise we are second in the table? It's important to play beautiful football, but we should try to finish games off too."
