Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho insists his team cannot concern themselves too much with potentially season-ending injuries to two key players.
Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Marcos Rojo both suffered 'significant knee ligament damage' in Thursday night's Europa League win over Anderlecht and will miss the remainder of the season.
United managed to shake off that disappointment to beat Burnley 2-0 in the Premier League on Sunday and Mourinho was delighted his squad was able to deal with the absence of the important pair who will both undergo surgery and face a lengthy rehabilitation process.
"We miss two very important players but we have other players," said Mourinho.
"Injuries are normal in football. We don't cry because of that. We cry because of big injuries to two friends and their surgeries and long-time recoveries.
"We cry because of that and everybody is obviously sad but at the same time we all have to be positive, to surround them with good feeling and they know they have in every one of us somebody that is with them."
