AS Monaco are demanding big money to sell Aurelien Tchouameni this summer.
The young France international is a target for Europe's biggest clubs, including Chelsea, Real Madrid and PSG.
Marca says Real Madrid intermediaries have registered their interest with ASM and been informed Tchouameni can leave this summer.
However, they're insisting on a starting price of €60m.
Earlier this season, ASM chief Paul Mitchell said: "He is already a top player, he will be 22 at the end of January, and if we want to become one of the biggest clubs in the world, like those who are courting him, it would be good to keep him. Everything is expensive in Monte Carlo. Let's say that Tchouaméni is as expensive as the Grand Casino."
