Mexico are being urged to move on from Fulham striker Raul Jimenez.

Mexico coach Jaime Lozano has been told Jimenez has had his time with El Tri.

Pundit Christian Martinoli said, “I know he's an admirer and he really likes the way Raúl Jiménez plays.

"But it seems to me that Raúl Jiménez is no longer available for the national team. I think it would have to be a discussion between two strikers: Chaquito and Henry and you have to respect the hierarchy of playing in Europe.

“Jiménez has no place in the national team. In the national team no one assists."
