Jeremy Menez insists he is happy at Roma.
The French midfielder, though, admits he needs regular action to fulfill his potential.
He said: "Now I feel good. It can be my moment. But it only depends on me. I don't need help from anyone.
"I need continuity in my performances to become important for Roma.
"I have only scored once in Serie A this season and I am missing the goals. But a good game is more useful. Both Roma and I are playing for a lot over the next nine games.
"I had the confirmation that the fans were with me on Saturday evening.
"Their support gave me strength. But to tell the truth, the fans have always wanted me to do well."
