Memphis Depay has assured Manchester United fans he can do better after appearing for Holland on the weekend.

Depay played and scored in the friendly defeat to the USA.

United's TV channel featured the game and Depay stated: "I didn't know that.

"What do I think? Of course it is nice that people are so curious about me, but for the real Memphis they have not seen me in this game.

"I had a couple of nice moments, but did not play well. Like the rest of the team."
