New Everton manager Roberto Martinez is hoping he can lure a pair of Wigan Athletic stars to the club.
Striker Arouna Kone and defender Antolin Alcaraz are wanted by Martinez who will look to swoop for the Latics pair by the end of the week according to reports.
Ivory Coast ace Kone, who netted 11 Premier League goals last season, is available for around £5million whilst Paraguayan centre-back Alcaraz is available as a free agent.
