Marten de Roon is enjoying his experience at Middlesbrough.

The Dutchman was tempted away from Atalanta last summer.

"It's a championship that is very difficult and much faster than the Dutch and Italian.

"Each game is played for 90 minutes at maximum speed, racing, from attack to defence.

"We are adapting to one of the toughest championships ever, we recently challenged Crystal Palace which had Benteke and Everton, who had Lukaku."
