Marco Silva says he's driven by guiding Everton to a place where the club deserves.

Silva is under pressure at Goodison Park.

But he told Sky Sports: "It's not just a job.

"I can't just look at my position as a job. It's my passion. It's my desire to give this club what they deserve.

"All of us, we know, not just in football but in life, that we cannot achieve important things without consistency. You cannot be a winner without maturity and consistency. It's one of those things that we are missing. We have to sort it out."
